Lisa O’Brien (she/her/hers), Program Director, MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger

Lisa O’Brien joined MAZON staff in 2010. As a Program Director, Lisa manages MAZON’s LGBTQ+ senior and Indian Country programs dedicated to advancing food and nutrition security in these vulnerable communities.

Lisa represents MAZON in several coalitions including the National LGBTQ Anti-Poverty Action Network, the Native Farm Bill Coalition, and the Washington Interreligious Staff Community Native American Working Group.

Prior to MAZON, Lisa worked in television and feature film animation production management for studios including Rhythm & Hues and DreamWorks Animation.

Lisa earned a bachelor's degree in American Literature and Culture from the University of California, Los Angeles.
